The Summit Hotel offers a wide range of cuisines to excite your palate, ranging from Nepali to Continental. Providing the very best is our staple, and the menu will please even the most skillful of culinary connoisseurs. The restaurant offers fine dining and an array of seating arrangements, whether they  provide the backdrop of the city and the stunning mountain ranges, our immaculate gardens, or a more cozy environment inside. A fully stocked bar is also at your service, with a variety of beverages from which to choose.

Clean, quiet and great service

The Summit has what almost no other places in Nepal do: clean rooms, quiet compound, and great service.
The breakfast is amazing, and the seating area outside is something you truly appreciate when you’ve been in the country for a while.
The hotel is situated a bit higher up than downtown, so you’re more or less over the smog.
The location is really good too, with lots of great restaurants in walking distance – not to mention Patan Durbar Square.
My only critique is that the food (besides breakfast) is not very exciting or particularly tasty – not for the price they take for it! Also the service in the restaurant doesn’t live up to the the standard of the rest of the hotel: it is ridiculously slow, and unorganized.
